Dominium Mortgage Corp. is a Wisconsin Based Mortgage Broker with a long standing history of value added service to its clients and partners.  Dominium was founded by Aaron Boehnen, a real estate professional with 10 years real estate finance and development experience.  Dominium's original niche was to serve as an affiliate of CornerStone Residential, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in residential development.  Dominium Mortgage shared in the provision of services to CornerStone's cleint base, John Wick Homes Builders, by providing construction and end loan mortgage financing to home buyers. 

Dominium Mortgage has made great advancements since its founding.  Attributable to its synergies with related businesses, Dominium Mortgage is involved in the funding of $150 million in mortgage financing per year.  Dominium Mortgage and its staff have underwritten nearly every type of loan conceivable.  Thanks to this history and experience, Dominium provides every possible type of mortgage product including but not limited to Fixed Rate, ARM (Adjustible Rate Mortgage), Interest Only, Pay Option ARM, HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit), and Reverse Mortgages.  Dominium provides these loan tools for those who utilize Full Documentation, Stated Income, NINA (No Income No Assets), and Fixed Income.  Dominium Mortgage also has the knowledge to guide its partners in the structuring of purchase contracts; especially where seller concessions, seller seconds or even land contracts are necessary.  If the client is motivated, Dominium will tailor a program.
